Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting human resources functions, and maintaining efficient office systems. This position requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming front desk presence.
- Oversee clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with budgeting processes and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and training development.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and training development is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are an advantage.
