The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Duties
- Manage and maintain office filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
- Assist in training development for new staff members, providing guidance on office procedures.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise clerical staff, providing direction and support as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and facilitate communication within the office.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative functions.
- Experience with payroll processing and understanding of payroll systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
