- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and training development.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking as needed.
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate collaboration.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with staff and vendors.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Online QuickBooks for financial management.
- Experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and training development methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
