Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and receptionist responsibilities.
Coordinate and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships.
Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and training development.
Maintain organized records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking as needed.
Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate collaboration.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with staff and vendors.
Proficiency in office software applications, including Online QuickBooks for financial management.
Experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of human resources practices and training development methodologies is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
