Job Description:
We are a growing commodity trading company specializing in agricultural products. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to the management and oversee day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate logistics for shipments and inventory management.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for trade operations.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners, ensuring professional and timely interactions.
- Support financial operations such as invoicing and payment tracking.
- Help with ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a trading or logistics company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
