Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Some work required remotely and after regular work hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, QuickBooks, Outlook and advise if familiar with Limo Anywhere.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
