Duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct financial auditing tasks to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Support corporate finance initiatives by preparing financial reports and assisting with budget management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and office records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in corporate finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
