We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses to maintain financial health.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for daily financial transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents and transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for account analysis.
