Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting the financial aspects of the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and account management.

Duties

All bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivables.
Source Deductions
Direct Payroll Deposits
HST preparation
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentations.
Reconcile bank & credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Skills / Experience

** MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS QuickBooks Online plus Bookkeeping & Office Administration EXPERIENCE **
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Candidate must be an exceptionally detailed orientated individual .

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
