Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Duties

Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Assist in budgeting processes and monitor expenses to maintain financial health.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for daily financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain organized records of financial documents and transactions.
Support the preparation of financial reports as needed.
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is needed.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for account analysis.
Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members.
