Position: Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: Cambridge and Hybrid
Southbridge Health Care LP (Southbridge) is currently looking to add a talented Accounts Payable Analyst to our amazing corporate finance team at our head office in Cambridge, ON. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Analyst will support the accounts payable function of Southbridge’s Long-Term Care and Retirement homes.
Southbridge is the owner and operator of long-term care homes and retirement communities in Ontario. Southbridge’s mission is to operate a best-in-class portfolio of care homes and retirement communities that consistently deliver excellence in care and services in an economically sustainable manner.
Responsibilities:
· Support Accounts Payable function including timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
· Prepare account reconciliations.
· Process cheque runs and EFT payments.
· Review invoices and resolve discrepancies through discussions with home staff and operations.
· Ensure appropriate authorization for invoicing and employee expenses is received.
· Assist in preparation of AP reporting packages.
· Assist with audit requests where needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
· Experience with Sage Intacct is considered an asset.
· Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
· Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
· Post-secondary in areas of business, accounting or related field considered and asset.
· Professional certification (e.g. CAPP) is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
