AWC is currently looking for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk to cover a one year contract (possible extension).
Payroll Duties include:
- Maintain and process payroll for hourly and salary team members for all AWC locations
- Maintain and process all payroll statutory remittances (Receiver General, EHT, WSIB, RSP etc.)
- Track vacation pay, time off and other benefits
- Monitor and reconcile all G/L accounts related to employee compension monthly
- Prepare and process expense reports
Accounts Payable include:
- Match supplier packing slips, AWC receiving and supplier invoices, input into ERP system
- G/L code and enter non-purchase order invoices into ERP
- Run aged AP: processing vendor payments (ACH and cheques)
- Monitor AP system for accuracy
- Input accounts payable payments to bank as directed by Controller for vendor payments
- Other account duties as required
