We are looking for a Team player, who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, excited to explore creative and innovative solutions to problems, interested in building and maintaining strong relationships and focused on delivering exceptional results. Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle Accounts Receivable
- Create and process customer invoices
- Apply all customer payments and maintain records of unpaid capital PO’s
- Complete Accounts Receivable related month-end reconciliations including the processing of journal entries
- Schedule voucher payable reconciliation
- Process vendor and customer updates
- Assist with daily inventory counts and ERP entry of data
- Invoice entry into ERP system
- Input bills, and ensure all bills are approved and processed in a timely manner
- Review and process all expense reports
- Accurately prepare, reconcile, monthly vendor statements
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all vendor files
- Assists in preparation and reconciliation of month-end entries
- Ad hoc analysis and special projects, as required
Skills and Abilities:
- Post-secondary Accounting/Business Degree/Diploma
- Desire to pursue professional designation would be an asset
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- High energy level with the ability to work flexible hours
