Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Manage and coordinate staff schedules, training.
Monitor and improve office workflows for maximum efficiency.
Manage patient scheduling, billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager is a must.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Tracker) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing.
A team player with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
