This permanent full-time position is located at our head office in Kelowna, BC and will be responsible for accounting and data entry, clerical responsibilities as well as office administration tasks.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation & maintenance of all automated payroll information and records
- Processing A/P A/R
- Assist with preparation of budgets
- Prepare relative information necessary for the corporation's annual audit
- Provide recommendations to Senior Management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative/accounting functions
- Responsible for assisting the General Manager with the required reporting under contracts and contribution agreements, as well as preparation and submission of claim summaries
- Track and record accurate and timely input of client disbursements and payment activity, and loan repayment amendments. (Reconcile Loan Team Inputs)
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and credibility of functions, data and the like under the position’s control.
- Keep up-to-date records of all staff personnel files

Qualifications
- First year CPA or equivalent (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree of Commerce (Major in Accounting/Finance Preferred)
- A minimum of two years’ work-related experience
- Computer literacy on the Microsoft Office package is necessary
- Familiarity with an accounting software package, i.e. Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, Sharepoint & Sage Accounting
