Duties include preparation of financial statements for strata corporations. This includes accurate generation of bank reconciliations, trial balances, general ledgers, income statements and reconciliations as well as monthly cash flow, and budget monitoring. Strict adherence to deadlines, as well as accuracy and efficiency are essential as this position works in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook required and preference given to candidates with previous strata bookkeeping experience. Certificate in accounting is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with high IT skills and ability to grasp and learn new software.
