Job Summary:
- Provides sales support by performing the following duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitors overdue accounts; negotiates collection arrangements on overdue accounts.
- Reviews lists for delinquent accounts and prepares routine follow-up letters
- Maintains data input and updates on Syacc e.g. cash application, adjustments.
- Maintains Cash receipts documents, filing.
- Prepares account statements, reports, and other records e.g. accounts receivable, Process monthly billing for Resin Scrap.
- Processes any other customer debit/credit requests given by customer service.
- Prepares proforma invoices for any international prepay customers.
- Coordinates customer requests for certificates of Insurances.
- Aging reports & A/R reconciliation done at month-end.
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of general accounting systems with specialized training in credit and collections, revenue cycles
- Must be computer literate, using standard word processing database and spread sheet applications
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals or technical procedures.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, and customers.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.6.2 Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
