NOTE: This is an in-office role (Monday - Friday) located in downtown Toronto.

My client, a boutique wealth management firm is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties:

Scanning & Mailing duties
Filing
Update internal systems
Generate reports
Basic accounting duties in excel
Filling out forms and applications
Look after office supplies
Answer phones & greet clients
Client meeting prep
Assist Portfolio Managers and Administration as needed

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical duties
Previous experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant
