Role Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist oversees the entire invoicing and reconciliation process of media invoices. This includes management of data in DoMedia and invoice payments in Netsuite, client management, organization, and maximization of technology to create operational efficiencies, department collaboration, understanding of processes and workflow, and owning communication with internal and external teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to get their sleeves rolled up and get into the detail
- Willing to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience; media reconciliation a plus
- Past experience with NetSuite is preferred
- Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- An aptitude and ability to work with numbers and financial information is essential, as is a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in a detail-oriented environment that strives for flawless execution and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence others.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternate solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Advanced PC skills to include all Microsoft Office products.
