Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) permanently on our Capital Optimization Team in the Finance Business Unit.
This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee the preparation of the FCL group of companies’ strategic forecasting including building and maintaining a rolling forecast and long-range forecast, analyzing the results, and providing input and recommendations to the VP of Finance.
- Lead all the financial activities relating to feasibility analysis, budgeting, forecasting and recommendations regarding the Energy Roadmap initiatives.
- Ensure the FPA team provides strong financial expertise to all capital investment decisions and capital reporting across the CRS.
- Oversee the annual capital budgeting process for FCL, including annual review.
- Evaluate department policies and procedures.
- Lead the post audit review for FCL and support continuous improvement in the capital implementation process.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with other leaders within the Finance business unit. You will provide leadership to a team of Financial Managers and Analysts who will report directly to you. This team strives to cultivate a culture of teamwork, accuracy, and accountability.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions across FCL to ensure consistency and best practices throughout.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:
- 8+ years of experience in Finance including financial planning & forecasting, credit management, and capital budgeting.
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
- Professional Accounting or Finance designation.
This opportunity is a Band 8 – Management position and falls within the Organizational Leadership career stream.
