Financial Administrative Assistant
Pro-Cert Organic Systems Ltd. is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant. position will be based involves a minimum of three days per week at our Western Regional Office located near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Pro-Cert provides professional third-party certification to producers, processors, handlers and traders of organic, gluten-free and grass-fed products across North America.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable,
- Accounts Payable;
- Various account reconciliations;
- Receipting applications;
- Invoicing clients;
- Corresponding with clients via email and phone
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Any other financial related tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller.
Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks;
- Proficiency in use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Post-secondary business college diploma or equivalent in experience is beneficial;
- Minimum two years bookkeeping experience required;
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills;
- Effective and professional communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task.
Remuneration:
Pro-Cert offers a competitive remuneration plan and benefit package as well as a career opportunity in the organic industry. A wage commensurate with experience in the $22-29/hr range.
