Trillium Architectural Products is a leader in the door and hardware industry. We work with architects, designers and contractors to provide door openings for commercial and institutional building projects.
Our Service Department is seeking a bright, organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent, full-time, in-office position with a salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Answering our main service telephone line
- Monitoring our main service email inbox
- Assisting with invoicing, data entry, receivables and payment processing
- Coordinating and scheduling installations and service calls
- Providing general office support
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, organized, cooperative and willing to learn. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to your success. You are proactive, diligent and able to follow standard procedures.
You will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Previous administrative experience, training or education
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and other Office software
Compensation:
The compensation range is $20 to $25 per hour ($41,600 to $52,000 per year) and will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience.
