We are currently looking for a bilingual Order Process Administrator fluent in both English and French to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, process orders, address complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Job Duties:
· Assist customers promptly and professionally with inquiries, orders, and product information.
· Process customer’s payments. Assist with A/R management, analysis, and collection procedures.
· Maintain accurate customer records and order information in the system.
· Collaborate with internal teams for timely order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
· Provide product recommendations and help customers select suitable wallcovering and decor options.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
· Offer product knowledge and guidance to enhance the customer shopping experience.
· Resolve customer complaints effectively while working closely with the sales team for customer retention and upselling opportunities.
Position requirement:
· Bilingual proficiency in English and French to effectively communicate with customers in both languages.
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide prompt and professional assistance.
· QuickBooks experience an asset.
· Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate customer records and order information in the system.
