Position Overview:
Omega Superior Maintenance Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our finance and administrative operations, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for handling invoicing, vendor management, purchase orders, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Collections: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and manage collections processes.
- Customer Invoice: Generate, review, and distribute invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordination with Accounts Payable: Assistance with payments as needed including online banking.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and assisting with reports and documentation as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in high-volume sales and invoicing.
- Role requires strong communication skills with customers/vendors
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office setting.
