Logic is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Calgary team. The new team member will perform a variety of task, be reliable, on time and ready and motivated to work. The right candidate will know how follow the basic principles of accounting, be a quick learner and independent.
Job Description (not limited to):
- Data entry of accounts payable and expenses
- Reconciling to AP postings
- Communicating with vendor on payments
- Sending vendor payment notifications
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, lines of credit, among others within the established period.
- Prepare providers payments as per request and approval of Finance Manager
- Do cost comparisons between vendors.
- Check the status of open POs and request invoices if applicable.
- Review GL coding of expenses and invoices to ensure correct postings
- Address questions and any requirements that customers may present related to invoices.
- Keep updated in the system, the information of suppliers.
- Attaining daily and month end accounting goals
- Review and help prepare year end documents and account reconciliations for corporate accountant
- Maintain all filing pertaining to the Administration.
Qualifications
- Accounting Certificate
- 3 years accounting experience
- QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online experience
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Organized
- Have superb accuracy

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
