Our downtown, intermediate sized oil and gas producer client is looking for a positive, customer service oriented individual that is a true team player and easy going but detail oriented and hard working to join an already established group for a 3-6 month contract position with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and coding invoices using open invoice
- Matching and verifying purchase orders to invoices.
- Resolve disputes within Open Invoice.
- Indexing utilizing Open Invoice
- Knowledge of Qbyte required for basic entries
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience within Oil and Gas.
-Experience and confidence with Open Invoice is a must have.
- Experience with Qbyte FM is preferred.
