Hume Investments owns and operates a large inventory of quality rental apartments, condos, townhouses and other luxury properties located in BC, Ontario, Washington and California.
Working closely alongside the controller, this is a fulltime, permanent Monday to Friday position with a great work life balance.
Duties include, but not limited to:
-Accounts Payable & Receivables
-Coding of all invoices and entering into system
-Entering all rents into system
-Weekly cheque runs
-Inputting rental details online
-Preparing all Rent Increases
-Calculation of GST, WorkSafe BC & Ontario
-Payroll for the US & Canada
-Reconciliation of all Credit Cards
-Maintaining all files
-Inventory supply & ordering
Qualification:
-Bookkeeping experience
-Payroll experience
-Experience using "Yardi" program is an asset
