Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office.
Duties
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Perform bank, vendor and cc reconciliations and account analysis
- Prepare and enter GL entries
- Prepare regular cash flow and AR reports
- Prepare month end and year end financials
- Handle payroll processing and accounts receivable tasks
- Prepare and submit tax remittances and source deductions
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Assist with clerical and customer support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of various accounting software applications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
