Your Role:

- Processing biweekly payroll for all employees using ADP, including maintaining records, making appropriate changes, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Processing, recording, and reconciling month-end and year-end activities, including T4s, annual updates, withholdings, statutory remittances, and general ledger transactions.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure accuracy.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries about payroll, utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills, and knowledge of company policies.
- Maintaining metrics, operational payroll data, and analytics to optimize decision making and efficiency in operations.
- Implementing continuous improvements to payroll processes, systems, and procedures, including participating in audits.
