Your Role:

Processing biweekly payroll for all employees using ADP, including maintaining records, making appropriate changes, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Processing, recording, and reconciling month-end and year-end activities, including T4s, annual updates, withholdings, statutory remittances, and general ledger transactions.
Working closely with other teams to ensure accuracy.
Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries about payroll, utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills, and knowledge of company policies.
Maintaining metrics, operational payroll data, and analytics to optimize decision making and efficiency in operations.
Implementing continuous improvements to payroll processes, systems, and procedures, including participating in audits.
