About the Opportunity

Our team members are responsible for providing exceptionally friendly client support while getting a lot of stuff done.
This is a full-time role that is responsible for welcoming & onboarding clients, filing tax returns with tight deadlines, collecting & sorting client documents, entering data into bookkeeping software, facilitating signatures, invoicing clients, collecting payments, distributing work to team members, answering the phone, and minor kitchen & office upkeep.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to help small business owners manage their finances better through exceptional bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and mentorship support.
About You
Our ideal team member will have exceptional communication skills, be able to manage unpleasant & stressful situations, be mentally strong, able to set good boundaries, and enjoy a dynamic work environment.
Strong computer skills, being comfortable using multiple software programs, and being eligible for a CRA MyAccount (being a Canadian Resident who has filed a tax return) will be needed for success in this role.
