Lexia Communications Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Office Admin/Dispatcher in Toronto, ON

Duties:
- Office Administrative duties
- Dispatch duties
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Organize files and keep month-to-month invoice records
- Create/collect new and pending invoices from clients
- Checking the schedule of technicians
- Co-ordinate with employees in the office and on the field
Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting
- Attention to detail
- A degree or diploma in Office Administration or Accounting-related fields is an asset.
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
