Our company is currently seeking a Finance, Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for the payment of invoices and the preparing and examining of financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data using QuickBooks
- Check the accuracy of business transactions and banking
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Pay invoices and process payroll (third party system)
- Approve and administer all payables and receivables
- Process and submit GST and PST
- Liase with external accounting firm for annual IFRS audit
- Prepare and submit monthly regulatory report
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks or similar system
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
