Our company is currently seeking a Finance, Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for the payment of invoices and the preparing and examining of financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data using QuickBooks
Check the accuracy of business transactions and banking
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Pay invoices and process payroll (third party system)
Approve and administer all payables and receivables
Process and submit GST and PST
Liase with external accounting firm for annual IFRS audit
Prepare and submit monthly regulatory report

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks or similar system
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational and time management skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
