Sunview Solariums & Windows requires a full time bookkeeper, The successful applicant must posses accounting and management skills with a working knowledge of Sage (Simply Accounting) Excel and Word documents.

The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have the ability to multi task while meeting deadlines.

Duties include:

- Full cycle accounting, monthly and yearly reporting

- Accounts payable / receivable

- Daily / monthly bank reconciliations

- Inventory tracking and individual job costing

- Sales commission calculations

- By-weekly Payroll

- Sales tax collection and submission

Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Sage (Simply Accounting)

- Experience with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

- Detail Oriented

- Willingness to accept additional tasks

- Ability to work independently
