Currently, our rapidly expanding team and site network is looking for a Account Receivable Specialist who can work for us on afull-time, permanentbasis, supporting our Head Office remotely.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the finances of clinical research trials from start to finish for Centricity Research. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with clinic staff, Clinical Research Coordinators (CROs), and sponsors to ensure all financial aspects adhere to the trials contracts.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Oversee customer accounts to include, but not limited to:

Prepare and issue accurate invoices for clinical research trials ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Track and record incoming payments from sponsors, partners, and clients, and apply to appropriate accounts.

Reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts, resolving payment issues and ensuring accurate financial records.

Generate AR Aging Report to perform collections on customer accounts.

Liaison for sponsors, partners, and clients to address billing and payment inquiries and to resolve outstanding issues related to the clinical research trials.

Perform routine accounting duties and maintain various accounting related files, databases, and support documentation in compliance with industry regulations.

Gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain company records and databases; establish and maintain files and records for the office and audits.

Create new company files as directed by the Finance Manager.

Organize and maintain files for assorted services for Centricity Research and each Affiliate Sites

Requirements:

Minimum: High School Diploma and three years of credible work history

Preferred: Associate Degree in Accounting and/or Finance plus 3 years of experience
