The Role Philosophy
We’re on the hunt for an Accounting Clerk to join our Langley HQ! As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Leadership Team to drive our mission of building a world-class lubricant brand that helps our dealers build their business.

We’re looking for a strong Accounting Clerk who is experienced with accounts payable and receivable processes, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial data entry, and bookkeeping tasks. What the role entails
- financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and prepare account reconciliations
- accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- month-end closing processes and the preparation of financial reports
- financial analysis to support decision-making
- budget preparation and forecasting
- audits and respond to audit requests in a timely manner
- office administrative tasks and other related duties as needed
Your Profile
- degree or diploma in accounting or a related field
- minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
- strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- have excellent communication and organizational skills
- proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- comfortable using technology to improve processes
- can work under pressure and adapt to change
- consistently display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for KLONDIKE
