Are you an experienced and passionate Full-Cycle Bookkeeper looking for a part-time job?

Sabai Thai Spa, the winner of the 2019 Top Choice Award for Top Choice Spa in Vancouver and the 2019 & 2021 Luxury Spa Awards, is seeking talented individuals like you to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for essential bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support our accounting processes and ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Open and organize incoming mail
Process and pay bills promptly
Maintain organized filing systems for financial records
Oversee and manage
QuickBooks Online (QBO) entries File
GST returns and handle related documentation
Act as a point of contact for CRA communications Relay information to the internal accounting team effectively

Qualifications:

Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and general accounting principles
Ability to handle CRA communications
GST filings Strong organizational and communication skills

Working schedule:

Monday or Tuesday
from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage
