Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly skilled, and reliable Office Accountant to join our team. As an Office Accountant, you will manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support our financial decision-making process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable.
•
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
•
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate accounting of transactions.
•
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with all financial regulations.
•
Handle payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
•
Work with external auditors and support audit preparation.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•
Proven experience in accounting or financial management (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
•
Proficiency in accounting software. Maestro experience would be an asset.
•
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
•
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
