Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing processes for multiple service divisions, ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients.
- Handle accounts receivable activities, including payment tracking, client follow-ups, and collections.
- Utilize Jobber, QuickBooks, and other client-specific invoicing systems to process and reconcile invoices.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to track outstanding balances and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and account status.
- Support month-end close processes and assist in financial audits as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or a similar role.
- Software Proficiency:
- Strong experience with Jobber and QuickBooks is essential.
- Familiarity with other client-provided invoicing systems is a plus.
- Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
