This role is integral to our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and exceptional customer support.
Your Role
As the Bookkeeper / Office Administrator, you’ll oversee essential financial and administrative functions, acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. Your expertise in bookkeeping and organizational prowess will keep our operations running seamlessly.
Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process AP invoices, payments, and payroll using QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle tax filings.
- Perform bank deposits accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Generate customer invoices using QuickBooks.
- Draft and manage professional sales-related communications.
Office Administration
- Oversee general office operations, including correspondence, supplies, and mailing.
- Organize files, maintain records, and support HR functions like onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, external business partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Provide administrative support to management and foster a collaborative work environment.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper or in a related role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and business platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset.
- Physical ability to lift medium-sized file boxes (up to 20 lbs).

This is an in-office role. It can be adapted to part-time hours based on the applicant’s needs, with the salary adjusted proportionally to reflect the schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $47,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
