We are seeking an
Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk for one of their dealerships in Edmonton.
What You'll Do:
As a vital member of the accounting team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations by:
- Handling accounts payable tasks such as reconciling statements, processing invoices, and completing cheque runs.
- Managing accounts receivable processes, including payment collection, processing, and overdue account follow-ups.
- Providing reception break coverage as needed.
- Managing and ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining organized databases and filing systems.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks and coverage when required.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Prior dealership accounting experience or training is a significant asset.
- Education: Post-secondary accounting program graduate preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Recent experience in accounting and data processing.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service.
