We are a small local security alarm company looking to hire one Bookkeeper to complete our office team.
Bookkeeping/Accountant:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an individual with previous accounting/bookkeeping experience with an excellent attention to detail. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, managing financial records and reconciliations.
Duties:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and bank reconciliations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Answering incoming calls, and emails while providing positive customer support
- Managing and distributing payroll
- Corresponding promptly with customers regarding billing
Qualifications:
- Criminal Record check is required
- Proficient in SAGE software
- Current Office Administrator/Clerk with previous bookkeeping experience
-Customer service experience is an asset
-Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with incoming tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively to the team
-Attention to detail and accuracy is a requirement
