Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll / Bookkeeper Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll and Bookkeeping process, ensuring accurate and timely entries and payments to employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in payroll software systems. The Payroll Officer will work closely with the CEO and Management department to support this role.
Responsibilities and Experience
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on a strict timeline
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding deductions, benefits, and pay discrepancies.
- Must be extremely organized with documentation, files etc.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure proper onboarding of new employees into the payroll system.
- Prepare and submit required reports
- Support accounts payable functions as needed, including processing Billing and invoices for services.
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks
- Payroll, Bookkeeping and Billing experience is mandatory.
- Must have a min of 5 years exp with Payroll, Bookkeeping and Billing
- Must be a very quick learner
This position is very part-time / 5 hours per week on specific days

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
