We are looking for a dedicated individual seeking a long term position. Bookkeeper and admin assistant help with a wide variety of tasks to do with the construction companies operation.
Full time position with potential to grow depending on variety of tasks you are interested and trained into taking on, wage based on experience and education.
Heavy accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities through Quickbooks Online
Proficient use of Google Office (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Tracking expenses, collecting invoices/ receipts and creating client invoices
Tracking and paying accounts payable
Data entry
Tracking employee hours/sick days/vacations, checking time sheets
Ordering supplies, paying suppliers and subcontractors
Clean and maintain office space
Misc. day to day tasks to assist the Project Managers (helping with client contracts, managing change orders, etc.)
Helping fill out forms to submit for permits, insurance, new home warranty’s, client new home packages, client gift baskets, planning staff parties, etc.
Preference given to individuals with experience within the realm of construction and associated fields.
Bookkeeping experience is necessary.
