We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for essential bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support our accounting processes and ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Open and organize incoming mail
- Process and pay bills promptly
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial records
- Oversee and manage
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) entries File
- GST returns and handle related documentation
- Act as a point of contact for CRA communications
- Relay information to the internal accounting team effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and general accounting principles
- Ability to handle CRA communications
- GST filings Strong organizational and communication skills
Working Schedule
- Monday or Tuesday
- from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
