The mission of the Accounts Payable Department is to process payments accurately, efficiently, and at the optimal time to minimize costs.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Accounts Payable team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless management of all transactions, payments, and collections across the organization. As the Coordinator, Accounts Payable, you will support with ensuring payments to vendors, employees, and other partners are processed accurately and on time, while managing corporate credit card and vendor accounts. THE ROLE
As the Coordinator, Accounts Payable, you will:

Ensure invoice processing is accurate and on time

Pay funds that we owe at the time the terms are maximized

Effectively manage corporate card and out of pocket business expenses

Ensure partner information is complete and accurate
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Coordinator, Accounts Payable, has:

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50, 000 - CAD $75,000 per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
