Tasks:
- Invoicing: Assist Project Coordinators, Project Managers and service department with
- invoicing clients on various projects
- Reconciling Accounts: Ensure that bank statements, credit card statements and other
- financial documents match the company's records. This involves comparing and reconciling
- statements with the company's books to identify discrepancies.
- Assist With Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Managing bills and invoices,
- ensuring timely payment of bills, and tracking incoming payments from clients.
- Inbox Management: Ensure emails are addressed and allocated promptly.
- Assist with customer inquiries.
- Supporting The Admin Team: You will be a support for our administration team and will assist in maintaining smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential for this role.
- Experience with DEXT: An asset but not required
- Experience with Knowify or similar project management software: Asset but not required
- Educational background: High school diploma
- Professional experience: Two years of experience in a similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
