Job description
Our company is in search of an Office Administrator who can coordinate several internal operations and liaise with clients regarding all questions and concerns. This role is an in-person role .
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for general office functions
- Prepare, review and file new client applications and administer other account processes
- Support the delivery of high-quality client service by ensuring client needs are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Administrative or client service experience an asset
- Strong communication, organizational and relationship management skills with an ability to identify and address client needs
- Extreme attention to detail
- A dependable and adaptable team player with a passion for improving general office practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Excel) and Adobe PDF programs
