Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires proficiency in excel and a strong understanding of full cycle bookkeeping.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Utilize accounting software and excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory count procedures, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
